Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of ACMV systems for commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) in collaboration with architects and contractors.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA).
- Optimize system performance for energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical support during tendering, procurement, and client handover phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, LEED) is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ACMV system design, project management, or M&E construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for system modeling and coordination.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, ductwork design, and ventilation standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and local market practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
