Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic project plans aligned with company objectives and market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and production specialists to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Implement innovative manufacturing processes and technologies to enhance productivity and quality
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and vendors
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all project phases
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within manufacturing environments
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects from conception to completion
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Lean, etc.)
- Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (relocation assistance provided)
