Responsibility
- Spearhead the end-to-end development of large-scale solar and BESS projects, from site selection to financial close
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, and risk analyses to optimize project viability
- Liaise with government agencies, landowners, and investors to secure permits, approvals, and funding
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance with local and international standards
- Monitor market trends, policy changes, and technological advancements in renewable energy
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management
- Drive community engagement and sustainability initiatives to enhance project acceptance and impact
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy), Environmental Science, or related field; Masterâs degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project development, renewable energy, or large-scale infrastructure, with a focus on solar and/or BESS
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to completion in Southeast Asia
- Strong understanding of energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and financial modeling for renewable projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and GIS software
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus
- Willingness to travel regionally and relocate to Bali, Indonesia
