Responsibility
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and handover.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market research to support project viability.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to optimize project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and industry standards.
- Liaise with government agencies, investors, and stakeholders to secure necessary approvals.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project development or real estate management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, property laws, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Bali's real estate market is a plus.
