Responsibility
- Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project updates.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Assist in risk management by identifying potential issues and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Organize and attend project meetings, recording action items and follow-ups.
- Maintain project management tools and software to track progress and resource allocation.
- Support the procurement process by coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or administrative roles, preferably in the engineering sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with engineering terminology and processes is a plus.
