Responsibility
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for FTTH/OSP initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams to align project objectives with business goals.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, risks, and financial performance to stakeholders.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve project-related issues.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) to track milestones and dependencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project control or management, with a focus on FTTH, OSP, or Telkom projects.
- Proven track record of managing telecom infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SAP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with fiber optic network deployment, cable laying, and splicing is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
