Responsibility

  • Manage and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, and online systems with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate schedules between patients, doctors, and medical staff to ensure optimal time utilization.
  • Maintain up-to-date patient records and appointment databases with strict confidentiality.
  • Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients regarding appointment details, preparations, and follow-ups.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and offer solutions to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reservation processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Generate reports on appointment metrics, no-show rates, and other KPIs as required.
  • Stay updated on hospital policies, procedures, and service offerings to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or reservation management (healthcare industry is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
