As a key member of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team, you will design, implement, and maintain robust network solutions for our clients. Responsibility
- Design, configure, and deploy Huawei and multi-vendor network solutions (routers, switches, firewalls) for MSP clients.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, ensuring 99.9% uptime and rapid issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network systems with cloud, security, and VoIP platforms.
- Conduct network audits and provide optimization recommendations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Implement and enforce security protocols (VPNs, ACLs, IPS/IDS) to protect client data and infrastructure.
- Document network architectures, configurations, and incident reports for compliance and knowledge sharing.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for escalated network issues, including remote and on-site assistance.
- Stay updated on emerging network technologies and Huawei certifications to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 2â4 years of hands-on experience in network operations, support, or engineering (MSP environment preferred).
- Proven expertise in Huawei networking products (HCNA/HCNP/HCIE certification is a strong advantage).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, and QoS configurations.
- Experience with firewall management (Huawei, Cisco ASA, Fortinet) and network security best practices.
- Familiarity with SD-WAN, MPLS, and hybrid cloud networking solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills for client-facing interactions.
