Responsibility
- Assist the lead Wedding Planner in the end-to-end management of wedding projects, from initial planning to onsite execution.
- Coordinate with diverse vendors, including florists, caterers, decorators, and venues to ensure project alignment.
- Manage complex domestic and international travel itineraries for the team and clients.
- Maintain and organize project schedules, timelines, and administrative documentation.
- Support daily business operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors to ensure seamless communication during the planning phase.
- Provide on-site support during weddings and rehearsals to ensure everything runs according to schedule.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative project support is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by project needs.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital project management/scheduling tools.
