Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Analyze project data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of project management best practices and methodologies.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Trello.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
