Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for underground utility mapping projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, maps, and client communications.
- Assist in scheduling and tracking project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare and distribute project updates and progress reports.
- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial records are up-to-date.
- Support the team in resolving administrative issues and improving workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction, engineering, or utility sectors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of underground utility mapping processes is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
