Responsibility
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and correspondence, ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Develop and implement document control systems to streamline filing, retrieval, and archiving processes for all project-related materials.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure timely distribution of documents and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and track project deliverables, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, proposals, and presentations as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project information in accordance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project administration, document control, or a similar role, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Familiarity with construction terminology, blueprints, and contract documents is advantageous.
