As a Project Administrator, you will be the backbone of our project operations, providing essential administrative support to keep projects on track, well-documented, and compliant with organizational standards. Responsibility
- Coordinate and maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and budgets under the guidance of project managers.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and information flow.
- Monitor project milestones and deadlines, providing reminders and updates to relevant parties.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for project-related discussions.
- Manage project-related correspondence, including emails, reports, and presentations.
- Track project expenses and assist in financial reporting to ensure budget adherence.
- Support the onboarding of project team members by preparing necessary materials and access permissions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration, office management, or a related administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with basic financial tracking and budget monitoring.
- Experience in a contract-based role or fast-paced industry is advantageous.
