Responsibility
- Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, and financial records
- Coordinate between project teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Prepare and process project-related invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Monitor project budgets and track expenditures against approved budgets
- Assist in preparing project progress reports and presentations for management
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in project administration, finance, or office support roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with project management software or ERP systems is a plus
