Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive administrative policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee daily office operations, including space management, facility maintenance, and workplace safety, to create a productive and secure environment.
- Manage company assets, including inventory tracking, procurement, and vendor negotiations, to optimize resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation, including vehicle management, travel arrangements, and event planning, to support business activities.
- Lead a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and high performance.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to streamline processes, improve interdepartmental communication, and enhance overall productivity.
- Monitor administrative budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports to ensure financial accountability and transparency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related issues, resolving challenges promptly and ensuring a positive experience for employees and visitors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CAP, PMP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing administrative systems, policies, and procedures in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software (e.g., ERP, HRIS, procurement tools).
- Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems creatively.
