Responsibility
- Maintain and update the company’s asset database with accuracy, ensuring all records reflect current status, location, and condition of assets.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to track asset acquisitions, transfers, and disposals, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and inventory levels to management for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct periodic audits of physical assets to verify database accuracy and identify discrepancies for resolution.
- Assist in the implementation of asset tagging and tracking systems to improve visibility and control over company resources.
- Support the finance team in calculating asset depreciation and preparing documentation for tax and compliance purposes.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to address asset-related inquiries and provide administrative support for asset management processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations governing asset management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in asset administration, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with asset management software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and asset management regulations is an advantage.
