Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and administration of training projects, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
- Prepare and organize project-related materials, reports, and presentations
- Liaise with internal teams, trainers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain accurate records and databases for project tracking and reporting
- Support the preparation of training sessions, including venue setup, material distribution, and logistical arrangements
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, providing reminders and updates to stakeholders
- Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials for training programs
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
