As a Programme Officer, you will collaborate closely with local teams to design, implement, and evaluate outreach initiatives tailored to diverse audiences. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening community bonds, empowering individuals, and promoting accessibility in our programmes.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute outreach programmes to engage diverse community groups, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
- Coordinate with local centers to plan and facilitate events, workshops, and activities that foster interaction and participation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and participants to enhance programme impact.
- Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, gathering feedback and data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Create promotional materials and communications to raise awareness and encourage participation in programmes.
- Provide support and guidance to programme participants, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals and initiatives.
- Document and report on programme activities, achievements, and challenges for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in programme coordination, community outreach, or engagement roles, preferably in a non-profit or social service setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure programme success.
- Passion for community development, social inclusion, and empowering individuals through meaningful engagement.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or other local languages is a plus.
