Responsibility
- Develop and implement food and nutrition programs aligned with public health goals and organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with local communities, government agencies, and NGOs to ensure program accessibility and effectiveness.
- Conduct needs assessments and data analysis to identify gaps in nutrition and food security.
- Design educational materials and workshops to promote healthy eating habits and sustainable food practices.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, preparing reports for stakeholders and funding bodies.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure program delivery within scope.
- Stay updated on trends in food science, nutrition policy, and public health to inform program strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to raise awareness of nutrition initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Public Health, or a related field. Masterâs degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, community health, or nutrition advocacy.
- Strong understanding of food security, dietary guidelines, and public health policies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership building.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or similar).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passion for sustainable development and a commitment to ethical food practices.
