Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC and IoT program initiatives from concept to commercialization.
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and product teams to define technical requirements and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with Daikin’s global quality standards and local regulatory frameworks.
- Manage budgets, resources, and risk assessments for assigned programs, optimizing cost efficiency.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across regional and global teams, including vendors and partners.
- Monitor program performance using KPIs and agile methodologies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Champion sustainability and energy-efficient solutions in product development.
- Mentor and develop cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in HVAC, IoT, or smart technologies.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical programs with multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2 certification a plus).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience working in multinational corporations or fast-paced, innovative environments.
- Familiarity with SEA market dynamics and regulatory landscapes is advantageous.
