Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end order management process, from initial receipt to final shipment delivery.
- Coordinate closely with internal production and warehouse teams to track inventory status and lead times.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and ERP database entries for all incoming and outgoing orders.
- Provide prompt and professional support to clients regarding order status, tracking updates, and shipping inquiries.
- Generate and reconcile shipping documentation, invoices, and delivery manifests.
- Monitor order backlogs and proactively identify potential delays to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in periodic inventory audits and supply chain reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Order Management, Sales Administration, or Program Assistance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural MNC environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
