Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee the logistical aspects of programs, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and team members, to maintain strong relationships and alignment.
- Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and data entry with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline workflows and improve operational productivity.
- Monitor program timelines, budgets, and resources, providing regular updates to management.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions to ensure accountability.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other program-related materials.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative duties and provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or office management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Prior experience in a contract or temporary role is advantageous.
