Responsibility
- Manage the Board of Directors' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with utmost precision.
- Prepare and distribute confidential board meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks, including correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review.
- Maintain organized records of board resolutions, corporate documents, and compliance-related materials.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and strategic planning documents.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the Board, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, and stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Knowledge of corporate governance practices and board meeting procedures is a plus.
