Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor to all guests.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash and digital payments with precision and integrity.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and revenue.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a waitstaff, server, or customer service role (hospitality industry preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage with diverse guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Neat, professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment processing.
