Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommendations to enhance guest experience.
- Handle payments efficiently and process transactions using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including table setup and reset.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Address guest concerns or complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
