  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and mobile payments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (required).
  • Proven experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role in restaurants, hotels, or resorts (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
