Responsibility
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles with precision and care, ensuring zero damage or delays.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests, including opening doors, handling luggage, and offering directions.
- Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to company grooming standards at all times.
- Operate valet equipment (e.g., key tags, ticketing systems) efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor parking areas to ensure security and organization, reporting any irregularities immediately.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance checks (e.g., tire pressure, fluid levels) when required.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to enhance guest experiences through seamless service.
- Handle confidential guest information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Valet Driver, Chauffeur, or in a customer-facing role (preferably in hospitality).
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle brands and their handling requirements.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics is advantageous.
