Responsibility
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles with precision and care.
- Provide courteous, professional, and timely valet services to all guests and visitors.
- Assist guests with luggage, doors, and other requests to enhance their arrival/departure experience.
- Maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance and adhere to the hotel’s uniform standards.
- Monitor and manage vehicle traffic in designated valet zones to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct pre- and post-drive vehicle inspections to document any existing damage.
- Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to coordinate seamless guest transitions.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding guest information and vehicle details.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in valet, chauffeur, or customer service roles (hospitality industry preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Polite, helpful, and professional attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Well-groomed, neat, and presentable appearance at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle operations and safety protocols.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift luggage as needed.
