Responsibility
- Operate and maintain company trucks in compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Ensure timely and secure delivery of goods to designated locations across Bali.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and report any mechanical issues.
- Load and unload cargo safely, using proper techniques and equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, fuel consumption, and delivery records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety protocols and professional conduct standards.
- Assist in basic vehicle maintenance, such as checking fluid levels and tire pressure.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian Class A or B commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a truck driver, preferably in logistics or freight transport.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and delivery routes is a plus.
- Strong understanding of vehicle safety and maintenance best practices.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 25 kg).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing as part of the hiring process.
