Responsibility
- Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customs regulations.
- Liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
- Monitor inventory levels and update tracking systems to maintain accurate records.
- Resolve operational issues or delays proactively, communicating solutions to stakeholders.
- Assist in negotiating freight rates and service agreements with vendors.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all logistics-related documents.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven setting.
