Responsibility
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massage, reflexology, and facials, with professionalism and care.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and equipment.
- Uphold excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and comfort throughout their visit.
- Stay updated on the latest spa techniques and wellness trends to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with the spa team to create a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation protocols.
- Assist in promoting spa services and packages to clients when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, with expertise in massage, reflexology, and facial treatments.
- Certification in relevant spa therapies from a recognized institution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Passion for wellness and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness to be placed in various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage to cater to international clients.
- Physical stamina to perform treatments for extended periods.
