Responsibility
- Perform a range of beauty treatments, including facials, body wraps, waxing, and manicures/pedicures, with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend personalized skincare solutions.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all treatment rooms and equipment.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer cutting-edge services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing experience for every client.
- Assist in retail operations by recommending and selling skincare products tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to create customized treatment packages and promotions.
- Document client treatment histories and preferences for future reference.
Qualifications
- Maximum age of 30 years (as per client requirements).
- Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a spa, salon, or wellness center (fresh graduates with training willingness are welcome).
- Strong passion for beauty and wellness with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Neat, professional appearance with a calm and patient demeanor.
- Willingness to undergo initial training and commit to a full-time contract post-training.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
