Responsibility
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, concerns, and beauty goals, recommending tailored treatments and products.
- Perform a range of professional beauty services, including facials, body wraps, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and advanced skincare treatments.
- Deliver therapeutic massages and wellness treatments using specialized techniques to promote relaxation and rejuvenation.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare to ensure long-term satisfaction and results.
- Maintain meticulous hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations and salon policies.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations through continuous training and professional development.
- Upsell retail products and treatment packages to enhance client experience and drive salon revenue.
- Collaborate with the salon team to create a welcoming, luxurious atmosphere that exceeds client expectations.
Qualifications
- Certification in Beauty Therapy, Esthetics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Beauty Consultant or Therapist in a salon or spa setting.
- Proven expertise in performing facials, body treatments, massages, and other beauty services with a client-centric approach.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits for different skin types and concerns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and provide personalized recommendations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, results-driven services.
- Familiarity with POS systems and salon management software is a plus.
