Responsibility
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relaying special requests to the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking of dining areas as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a server or customer service role (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
