Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to Tealive standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promote seasonal specials to enhance sales.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
