Responsibility

  • Deliver warm, professional, and efficient service to guests in restaurants, lounges, or event spaces, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
  • Set up, maintain, and reset dining areas, including tables, chairs, and decor, to meet brand standards and guest expectations.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, catering to guest preferences and dietary requirements while adhering to service protocols.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all service areas, including proper handling of utensils, glassware, and food items.
  • Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies, tracking usage, and reporting shortages to supervisors.
  • Participate in pre-shift briefings, training sessions, and team meetings to stay updated on promotions, menu changes, and service enhancements.
  • Provide personalized recommendations for menu items, local attractions, or resort amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, or a customer-facing role (prior experience in resorts or hotels is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on operational needs.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems, order-taking procedures, and cash handling (training will be provided).
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 10kg, and move swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s tourism industry and local culture is a bonus.
  • Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants).
