Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism and courtesy.
- Present menus, explain specials, and provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to high standards of presentation and timing.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address any concerns, and resolve issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and minimize wait times.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, replenishing supplies, and clearing used dishes.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions with integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar customer-facing role in hospitality.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairings, with a willingness to learn and expand your expertise.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods while carrying trays or plates.
