Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism and courtesy.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Deliver orders promptly and check back to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Handle payments accurately and provide itemized receipts upon request.
- Keep dining areas clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Address guest concerns or complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Basic knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairings is a plus.
- Indonesian work permit (for non-local applicants) or eligibility to work in Bali.
