Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized according to established standards and procedures.
- Replace and replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
