Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of luxury villas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Ensure all guest areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and kitchens, are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Launder and iron linens, towels, and guest clothing with meticulous attention to detail.
- Restock and organize household supplies, including toiletries, cleaning products, and guest amenities.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Assist with setting up rooms for guest arrivals, including arranging furniture, decor, and fresh linens.
- Respond promptly to special requests from guests or property managers for additional cleaning or maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a housekeeper, maid, or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, use of cleaning chemicals, and operation of cleaning equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with guests or employers.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Basic understanding of English; additional fluency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
