Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently using our booking system.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth guest flow and optimal table turnover.
- Provide accurate information about menu offerings, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Assist in training new staff on hospitality standards and guest service protocols.
- Uphold the restaurant’s high standards of service and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
