Responsibility
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and timely service delivery.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist in event coordination, including private bookings, parties, and special occasions.
- Collaborate with management to implement service improvements and guest feedback initiatives.
- Uphold company standards for hospitality, appearance, and conduct at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role (prior hostess experience is a plus).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are highly desirable.
