Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize service efficiency.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless dining experiences.
- Assist with beverage service, including wine and cocktail recommendations, as required by SOP.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with diplomacy and prompt resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing reception and dining area.
- Upsell menu items, promotions, or events to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with venue policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Host/Hostess, Server, or in a similar customer-facing role within hospitality.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable working in an environment where alcoholic beverages are served and consumed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure setting.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and reservation software is advantageous.
