Responsibility
- Provide personalized, discreet, and high-end butler service to villa guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Manage all aspects of guest arrivals and departures, including warm welcomes, luggage handling, and farewell arrangements.
- Coordinate and oversee in-villa dining experiences, including breakfast service, room service, and private dining setups.
- Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping, ensuring all guest areas are immaculate, well-stocked, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Assist with guest itineraries, including arranging private tours, spa appointments, transportation, and exclusive experiences in Bali.
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the villa management team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold the villaās brand standards and represent Amerta Experience with grace, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, butler service, or a related role (e.g., 5-star hotels, private residences, or high-end resorts).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering personalized, high-touch service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate guest needs.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Experience in coordinating guest experiences, such as dining, transportation, or leisure activities.
- Knowledge of Balinese culture and hospitality standards is highly desirable.
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle light housekeeping duties, including lifting and carrying luggage.
