Responsibility
- Safely and punctually transport executives and clients to meetings, events, and other destinations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Maintain the company vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring regular cleaning, servicing, and adherence to safety standards.
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals, accounting for traffic, weather, and other potential delays.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting executives and clients with luggage, opening doors, and ensuring a comfortable and professional experience.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies, prioritizing safety at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding executive schedules, conversations, and company matters.
- Coordinate with the administrative team to manage executive schedules and transportation logistics.
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly to ensure uninterrupted service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as an executive or personal driver.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all aspects of the role.
- Physically fit and able to assist with luggage or other tasks as needed.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
