Responsibility
- Safely transport executives, clients, or VIPs to and from designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the vehicle in pristine condition, including regular cleaning, inspections, and coordinating maintenance.
- Plan efficient routes, accounting for traffic, weather, and client schedules to ensure punctuality.
- Provide discreet, courteous, and high-level customer service, anticipating passenger needs.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
- Manage vehicle documentation, including licenses, registrations, and insurance, ensuring compliance.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and maintain a high degree of professionalism.
- Assist with light logistical tasks, such as luggage handling or errands, as required.
Qualifications
- Valid professional driver’s license with a clean driving record (international license a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a chauffeur, executive driver, or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Impeccable grooming, punctuality, and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and problem-solving skills for on-the-road issues.
