As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting users to various destinations in a timely and courteous manner. You will operate company vehicles with care, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies. Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport users to their designated destinations.
- Ensure the comfort and satisfaction of passengers by maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to guarantee safe driving practices.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to optimize travel time and fuel consumption.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or personal belongings as needed.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service by being punctual, courteous, and professional at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in passenger transportation.
- Excellent knowledge of Bali's roads, traffic patterns, and popular destinations.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Physically fit and able to assist passengers with luggage or other needs.
- High level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
