Responsibility
- Oversee daily parking operations, including staff supervision, revenue collection, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement efficient parking systems to maximize space utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local traffic regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Monitor and analyze parking traffic patterns to optimize flow and reduce congestion.
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of parking attendants to deliver high-quality service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and urgency.
- Coordinate with local authorities, security teams, and vendors for seamless operations.
- Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and operational performance for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in parking management, facility operations, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong knowledge of parking systems, traffic management, and local regulations in Bali.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in basic office software (Excel, Word) and parking management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
