Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, documents, and personnel between various locations in Bali including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service while minimizing fuel consumption and vehicle wear
- Load, unload, and secure cargo, ensuring all items are handled with care and delivered in perfect condition
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team promptly
- Coordinate with dispatch team to confirm delivery schedules, update on progress, and report any delays or issues
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during pickups and deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure the well-being of yourself, passengers, and cargo
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in delivery or dispatch services
- Excellent knowledge of Bali's roads and traffic patterns, especially in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung
- Strong time management skills with ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Basic English communication skills for interacting with international clients and team members
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading of goods and long periods of driving
- Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations like traffic delays or route changes
- Professional appearance and demeanor with strong customer service orientation
