Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, personnel, or equipment to designated locations.
- Navigate efficiently through Metro Cebu’s roads and routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate logs of travel times, distances, and fuel consumption as required by company policy.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving protocols.
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring secure and proper handling.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and clients to coordinate schedules and resolve any logistical challenges.
- Provide excellent customer service, representing the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid professional driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably with knowledge of Metro Cebu’s roads and routes.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours of driving.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to safety.
